I went for a walk by the canal today. Some people were sitting out on a narrow boat and had cordoned off most of the towpath for the full length of the boat so that anyone who wanted to pass them had to go down a half metre wide pathway next to the wall. They had hung signs at either end saying 'Keep Away'.
