I've BEEN AROUND baby. I joined dotmusic like many other HOMOSEXUALS looking for information about Madonna, I think it must have been 1999. I didn't even live in the UK back then! I was never the most active poster but I remember QUITE A LOT about those times :eyes: I got very friendly with the moderator of the Madonna forum (Craig? I think he was called, black Canadian guy) and of course Hafo, another LATINO who used to post here for a while but then vanished :(

Very few members of the Madonna forum ended up here over whatever the Madonna forum spin off was called.

I didn't know there was another forum - was it on Madonnarama's website?

The lord does work in mysterious ways because I also ended up working professionally with Edward Russell later down the line. I didn't quite manage to sum up the strength to tell him I remembered his ANTICS from back in the year of the telegram... but I did LEAK some of his "early compositions" to some of the people in the office for a LAUGH.

It may have been Madonnarama. The name evades me. Someone here will remember.

I think they went out for about six months. He isn't one of the exes he's maintained any contact with since, though. Another of my friends here remains good friends with him. Think he may be Cardiff based now.

It all ended quite BADLY with him slagging her off on his Facebook.

I actually shared a train back to London with Lauren from Cardiff after BOTH of us had been there to work with Edward - but on completely different business.
