AS5 E05: Snatch Game of Love

Also, I can't see them bringing back all the old queens AGAIN - I mean what beef would there be apart from India vs Alexis (plus Derrick). Everyone agreed with who should've gone home 95% of the time (including two queens who WERE sent home).

And the gaggery of AS3 past queens getting a say in the final has already been done (and not repeated) and they've had a say quite a LOT this season already
 
Jujubee is touring here just before Christmas. Buying tickets to any sort of event seems crazy right now, but how can I NOT?
 
JBC is ridiculously attractive. But I went off him a bit on Canada's Drag Race.

If next week’s challenge is a comedy roast, Blair should start calling RIGGER MORRIS now :D (and Cracker overthinking it and ending in the bottom two)

I was going to comment on the disgusting state of the place but then thought this was probably standard for a white trash household.
 
Obsessed with India realising that throwing Alexis under the bus was the only possible way she could save her own skin/have a memorable moment on the show before getting booted was kind of amazing :D She was OBVIOUSLY lying.

Despite wanting Shea to win, I didn’t love her Snatch Game AT ALL. Where was the camp? Little Richard was an amazing Snatch Game, this was a flop for me. Her runway look whilst giving you A LOT TO LOOK AT didn’t work for me either.

Agreed that Juju and Alexis were the actual winners this episode. Juju’s Earth Kitt was one for the ages, it’s a shame they didn’t show more of it.
 
Even when Juju couldn't think of a great rebuttal she was so great because the character was so great! I can't remember what it was now. Shea was good too but she was the same as the boy drag from last week (which I think she does really really well to be fair, but it's just really drag is it?) I also didn't like that she had to explain her runway look for me to get it. She hasn't really 'brought' the runway so much this time round has she?

India was painful but Cracker was the worst. No single joke or any semblance of Gaga. She was just plain old unfunny Cracker and I'm surprised she wasn't more reviled for it. Annoying that she shared the bottom with the likes of Jujubee and Alexis.

Jujubee is honestly just killing it this season. She's great in the challenges, she's great in the work room and she is LEGENDARY in the talking heads.
 
Yeah it’s a shame but I don’t see Juju winning over Shea unless Shea gets booted out all of a sudden.

Agree! With a few unkind sound effects and some commentary of "GURL Shea is doing too much", that could easily have been portrayed as a flop

Yep. I love the idea of putting her own spin on the rose petals but this... just didn't look good. And her lip sync outfit was hideous.

I do love her most of the time though, and I fear for her with this additional twist. I wonder who'd be ruthless enough to get rid of her. We can assume Alexis wouldn't. Blair?
 
Oh to be a fly on the wall in the Derrick throuple household tonight, or well any night I'm guessing. Derrick must be on cloud 999 and probably no longer able to know the difference between extreme hate and extreme joy.

Didn't like Shea's snatch, but she understood the song and served another adroit interpretation even if it certainly could have been topped given how drastic and statuesque the song is. I don't need to see Vanje ever again at this point. We're at the cucu stage now and she looked like a week 1 elimination queen.

I wanted Cracker to do well in Snatch, but choosing Lady Gaga was surely the equivalent of throwing it. Some of the lines like "on the nose" felt like those go for broke Gaga reviews most internet homosexuals have succumbed to, but there was no affectation. Stick to editing the fuck out of your JewTube review series hun.

I assume Ru has deleted everything remembering his "acting" with the illegally beautiful Jeffrey (I know Willam says the other Jeffrey is a pass around party bottom, but I would definitely accept sloppy 2nds if he were a party top).

I've still not even seen Untucked. Anyway, well done India - the bar has been lowered magnificently.
 
Lady Gaga is just a poor choice for Snatch Game in general. Her entertainment value is 100% in her music. If anything, I always got the impression that she tries extra hard to seem 'demure' in real life.
 
Cracker's Gaga was literally identical to Cracker's Dorothy Parker. Just Cracker in a dress, cracking stilted, unfunny jokes.
 
Gaga is already a caricature and there’s so much to choose from when it comes to her. I don’t know why they’ve all failed with her.
 
When BOTH your Snatch Game performances are an F, take the hint. Stop insisting you're a comedy queen.
 
Watched this morning and again this evening avec du vin.

Jujubee should have won, fucking amazing. The lipstick bit where she pretends to take Mizz Crackers lipstick and the Blair pisstake just AMAZING.

I feel a bit sorry for Blair I mean she wasn’t that good as Snatch game but was a hell of a lot better than India and Cracker at Snatch Game and the runway was brilliant
 
Jujubee’s crowning moments this episode were slying off to talk to Alexis, clearly just to stick her oar in, and the comment about India’s acting :D

She’s rapidly storming up my favourite ever queens list. I’d love her to win but, yes, it feels like it’s being set up for a Shea victory.
 
I really don't feel like it is - from putting her in jeopardy the other week when it wasn't warranted to this new rule of 'if you're not the top you're in the bottom', it seems to me like they're setting her up for a shock exit. Certainly making her more vulnerable than is necessary.
