I've just read quite an interesting article by Dr Elaine Snoot in the Driffield Times; he's done some science which suggests listening to cover versions of songs can actually reduce stress levels by up to 84%! Encourage someone else - perhaps a friend or platonic life partner - to listen to them, and stress may reduce by a further 9%!
Also inviting strangers to your wedding makes you live longer.
