You don't even need a plate just your face HA!a good rim sesh is not unlike a good Italian - you always want the plate to be clean at the end![]()
I'm getting it wrong anyway - I don't mean the tube, I mean the thicker spaghetti.
I was after the one that is traditionally used for cacio e pepe, which google tells me is tonnarelli. But bigoli sounds much the same.Bigoli?

And I don't use de Cecco for that I use this instead: https://www.souschef.co.uk/products...OWRD4JMJK23uM-RhWNO6zPs3_kpsejEsaAnJJEALw_wcB

It does. They also make a spinach one (really really good) and a beetroot one (haven't tried it yet).Does it taste like carrot?
The spinach one sounds good but I can't really imagine the carrot one. I want to try itIt does. They also make a spinach one (really really good) and a beetroot one (haven't tried it yet).
Isn't this the Pope's fave too?
Oh.Loads missing @Jark.
My favourite ever is probably Orecchiette. It is the perfect pasta for most occasions. Trofie is the best for pesto too.
Of that list I think Pappardelle, Rigatoni or Linguine are my most common gotos. Pappardelle is essential with a ragu.

Have you tried fussiloni? That's good too.
