I just realised as I was hanging my clothes up that I subconsciously try and match the colour of my shirts/tops with the colour of the hanger. :DAF:

And this has been playing on my mind ever since because surely someone with OCD would actually have the same colour hangers?

What a fucking TRAGEDY

Share your OCDs you bunch of freaks.

The only other one I can think of is having the volume on an even number or a number ending in 5. But that's obviously just COMMON SENSE. Other than that I'm really boring :)

My boyfriend does this. I sometimes put it on an odd number on purpose just to feel something.

I always check inside my wardrobe before bed :D

YOU NEVER KNOW THERE COULD BE A MURDERER

I can't have any unread emails, texts, phone notifications etc. I'm the same with Moopy threads. I have to go into every thread to 'read' them (don't like using "mark all as read" in case I miss anything) :eyes:

I used to be really awful with listening to my iPod and last.fm. I wanted to listen to my entire library once before listening to anything again, so would only pick albums that had zero plays. (But if a song came on shuffle, that was okay!) It was only complete albums that were an issue. And if I started an album I had to finish it which led to me often leaving my iPod playing while I did something else.

Now I don't use my iPod/iTunes I'm very much over that. However since working from home, my OCD on last.fm has crept back in. I religiously delete double scrobbles and still only like listening to full albums (or songs that are shuffled completely). I find myself adding songs manually if I don't finish an album for some reason.

Anything that can be symmetrical, should be symmetrical. It can get quite arbitrary at times but it bothers me to no end if something is wrong.

I do like all the furniture in my gracious abode to be at right angles. It’s all about the lines :disco:

My whole existence is built on my OCDs, and it has only got worse by time and age.

Nowadays everything from my morning routine to the way my clothes and books and drawers etc is arranged and organised in such a way that it’s super symmetrical and effective, and the smallest deviation from it would not be tolerated and would bother me to the point that I’d rather get an hour late to work than for example skipping my push ups or leave dishes unwashed etc.

This for me too, it makes me stressed out as hell, but work wise it always make me feel ready. I don’t know how my colleagues can walk around unbothered while having hundreds of unread emails.

Everything at home has always to be clean and tidy. The point is, I can’t die at home and they come to pick me up and see my home untidy.

It actually annoys me! I see friends with loads of red blobs on their phone and it makes me think I could be texting away and they're happy to ignore me. CUNTS

Same goes for people at work who reply to your email after 2 weeks. I don't understand how anyone can remember to reply to an email after that long. If I put off replying for 5 minutes I've already moved onto the next thing. And normally the issue is long-resolved by then anyway.

But how?! What if one of them is "Lucille please send this package to Togo immediately, if it doesn't get there the company's going under" Sent: 17/03/19 at 12:46

Some people just DON’T CARE!

I think I had about 700 unread work emails before I went off. Adopting a policy of 'if it's important they will email again' is the only way of surviving a stream of unnecessary shit, isn’t it?
