Only 61k votes left to count in Georgia and Trump still leads by 18,000. Even though most of the remaining votes are in Democratic areas, I wouldn't be surprised if Trump holds the state by the skin of his teeth. I worry Arizona will go the same way.

I assume that, with such a close result, the Democrats would go tit-for-tat and request a recount.

The democrats themselves said this would happen earlier in the day. The next votes due to be announced were from republican areas, but the last ones due are from strong democrat areas so they’ll tip the balance back to Biden.

Arizona will tighten, and is tightening just a touch more than may have been expected, but still isn't likely to go to Trump. But even if it does it isn't the end of the world

The most secure (and easiest) route to win is just to take Pennsylvania, which some are predicting Biden to win by over 100,000 ballots once all counted - HOWEVER we won't have that result until tomorrow at earliest.

The quickest way to END ALL THIS will be if Nevada declares for Biden around 7pm*, if that flips to Trump (unlikely but possible) it's still not over.
Georgia is also likely to announce between 5 & 7, and is down to the wire but not impossible for Biden at all - most of the final votes to declare are from Dem heavy areas.

*The caveat of this, is Biden will need Arizona to be confirmed too. Arizona is unclear, but seemingly unlikely to flip red despite multiple SCARES over the past 24 hours.

Basically: PATIENCE is key right now!

If Biden somehow ends up ENDING TRUMP, doing a last minute sweep of most of the states remaining, and SOMEHOW manages to wrestle control of the senate in January thanks to the two Georgia run offs...I'm not sure we can complain too much at all?
