Lana Del Rey - Chemtrails sync listen

In conclusion, I liked it but not as much as NFR. It’ll need more listens to her bed in.

sorry if I come across as negative btw. I do like her I just find her so ridiculous

8.3/10 - I would rank alongside Honeymoon. but it feels like a spin-off of Lust For Life more than a NFR! follow-up to me, developing that folksy sound in a much looser, more raw direction. I think I'm going to really ENJOY this over time.

Well earlier today I didn't think it was going to grow on me. But already it has, so I hold out hope for it. Although it's good background music, I think you have to really properly listen to it, and listen to it loud, to really enjoy it.

That’s what I meant when I said it leaves you wanting more

I LIKE it but I know what @Jark means that it feels more like a side project than an album proper. I don't think it will ever trouble my Lana top 3 but I'm sure I'll revisit from time to time.

Ok Tulsa Jesus Freak and Yosemite are easily the two that stand out the most. The rest of the album needs a lot more effort.

I cherry picked from each of her albums today ito get moist for this (except Born To Die lol). I love her so much at this point it's a bit ridic.

This is her worst album for me but it is what it is , and I’m still quite fond

Iguana used to dance
underneath my architecture
:(

that's why Tischy hates this one

Frankly, I'm ok with getting at least two stone cold classics per album, if even if the whole album doesn't follow suit. Her style isn't the most instant and I'm ok with some of her albums not clicking. She still ended up being my 2010s artist (according to Spotify).

I see not everyone appreciates it, but I actually love a short album! Nowt worse than an album that overstays its welcome, or that has one reaching for the skip button too much.
