I think it depends on the width of your screen. It only happens on my phone or if I make my browser smaller on my laptop

I am currently using my iPad.

Not sure I can do anything about that, however, you have other options as well.

On your iPad, your emoji keyboard if you have it set up will now work on moopy.

Each smilie has a text code. For example, typing : disco : without the spaces gives you

And finally, if you partially type something in, such as :dis , it will show a suggested auto-complete list too

Yes, I wanted to do bullet points the other day and couldn't find the option - I'm assuming those would be classed as a type of list as well.
