24 Jan 2011 - '21' - Adele's age: 22
20 Nov 2015 - '25' - Adele's age: 27

When she released 25 she said that the album's lyrics are a reflection of the frame of mind she was in during that age. So if her next album is called 30, presumably it'll be for the same reason.
