Aw, I'm sorry to hear that - I've always adored itThat's not the word I would use to describe it. It's my least favourite track from 'The Red Shoes' album. Yep, even 'Big Stripey Lie' gets ranked higher. I don't understand it myself as I'm a huge fan of Prince. It sounds like a bit of a mess and is quite jarring in the context of the album as a whole. I can't explain it at all, because even though 'Love Story' on Madonna's 'Like A Prayer' album was essentially a Prince track sonically, it worked for me, whereas 'Why Should I Love You' didn't. I tend to skip it these days and pretend it didn't happen.
The mess is part of why it works for me, I think!I blame Lenny Henry.Aw, I'm sorry to hear that - I've always adored itThe mess is part of why it works for me, I think!

God it's so fucking CORRECT as well.
The Stranger Things moment is beautiful and memorable TV (and very happy the Max character got that moment, she's probably the strongest one they have and I still think they don't see that) but I really didn't think after 6 years Stranger Things was quite the hype machine it was on its debut. I know it's still big and I love it regardless but this still feels like a massive surprise. I guess it really is as huge as it ever was, probably bigger then...

It is actively being promoted at US pop radio (and climbing fast), and there's still the Stranger Things finale to re-generate interest. I wouldn't be surprised if it re-peaks in two weeks.I'm not going to quibble over that. Three weeks in the top ten Stateside is still a significant achievement for her.
I think they said she's quite a big feature in Episode 6, but I'm not sure where that is in today's schedule!I'm pretty sure they said previously that she features again!
Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I kind of wish they’d move on and feature, say, Hounds of Love or Cloudbusting in the next batch instead.
