That article claims Metro made the revelation in a Billboard article, and they provide a link. But when you look at the Billboard article, he says no such thing. So where did that bit actually come from?

"IDWK" is in the song databases, and IIRC it has been there for several years.

Yes, that webpage. I suppose it wasn't relevant in the Billboard article to mention Enya helping in naming it, haha. Probably since it's just her tune, not exactly sampling her music or her re-recording for this song.
Still wondering whether she did re-record for I Don't Wanna Know or if it was pitch-shifted sample of the original Boadicea humming.

After watching the Blackpool results show of Strictly soon settling down to watch Curfá , Enya realised that the age gap between Angela Rippon and Kai Widdrington (~51 years) is even wider than that of her and goddaughter Matilda (just under 50 years).

There's this vague belief one holds that Enya gained some extra 'musical spirit' (excluding stage presence ) from the passings of both John Lennon and Bob Marley, around the time she'd just started in Clannad, doing music. Her posthumous legacy may be similar.

At least by now she is able to look at the audience, but she still seems awkward and stilted at times, and usually is lip synching. Plus, other than the 1983 show we'll probably never see, she's never done a concert since going solo. So whatever her legacy is, she won't be feted or remembered for her live prowess.
