Drag Race UK : Season 7

Oh that episode reassured me.

Sally is wonderful and so so awkward.

Nyongbella being on another planet and missing the entire workroom drama cause she had her headphones on.

The guest judge.

Viola being wonderfully delusional but seemingly not aware of how much she annoys everyone and Ru having NONE of it.
 
But yes, MUCH improved over episode one! It felt like the queens had much more of an opportunity for success, the two-faced guest judge was amazing and a SEB lip sync to cap it all off! :disco:
 
A better episode, but only just. And I’m starting to think it’s this cast that is the issue. Right now, I only have time for Nyong :disco:
 
I thought it was a massively better episode than the first.

I was aware of Michelle de Swarte before, but only vaguely. But doing a little digging, I've discovered she's currently on tour, has sold out one date here but just added another which goes on sale on Monday. I think I'll be joining the queue.

 
I cnecked out live dates after the show too (and some stand up on YT). Might give that Liverpool show a punt!
 
I looked at a clip, saw some comedy about Jo Malone and Diptyque candles and was SOLD :disco:
 
I dreamt I had a massive falling out with Nyongbella and she was a right cow to me.
 
I wish they wouldn’t signpost things so obviously- it was clear from the start that Viola was going to crash and burn.

But yeah, good second episode and warming to the cast nicely.

That guest judge was phenomenal too- real warmth and chemistry with the rest of the panel and actually funny, which rubbed off on the others. First time I’ve laughed at a judge in a while.
 
That was just a really good episode in general. Sally TM is truly lovable. And yet I still love all the snobby fashion queens too. The way the show absolutely DRAGGED Viola. The editing was just brutal.

HUGELY stanning the personality black hole that is BONES.

Nyongbella is obviously iconic but she should've been in the bottom. Her outfit was garbage mama.

Pasty is if "because someone has to go home first" was a person.
 
Pasty really was 1st out material. At least she can say she’s a Ru girl now and increase her booking fee lol
 
It really is Nyong’s world isn’t it! Can’t stand anyone else except perhaps Bones And Sally, who whilst slightly more ASPIRATIONAL than the rest are both very DRY (kinda like your VAGOINA!)

Paige Three has an air of because she's well known in London that she's amazing and going to go far but so far I'm not getting much from her.

Her runway outfit in episode one was so basic.
 
Aww Elle Vosque is one of the nicest queens so far. And she can serve FACE.
 
Enjoyed this episode but I didn’t love it. The songs weren’t campy enough but I guess they can’t just redo bingbangbong every time.

Was at a viewing party with Bonnie and Katrin, both absolutely lovely and looked stunning
 
Ella Vosque is the most adorable contestant ever. I lover her energy. "HOY DARE YOY?!" :D

Thank God we didn’t lose Nyongbella, though i fear her days are numbered.

Even after last week I assumed Viola would stick around for a while, but that second consecutive UBER BOOT on the runway clearly sealed her fate. She talked a big game, but didn't have the goods (or the taste!) to back it up.
 
I'm ready to see Nyongbella go. We love a queen living her fantasy, but her drag is just crunchy and 'serving body' gets boring very quickly for me.

Bones was just a giant pink costumed Oogie Boogie.

I’m ready to cut half these girls. Catrin, Bones, Paige, Silllexa and Tayris ALL chopped.
 
It feels like the first series in a while where the top 2 or 3 are not clear cut from the get go, which I'm enjoying.
 
I really like Catrin.

My faves so far are Bones, Ella, Sally and Chai T.

It definitely seems like a mixed group of queens, especially compared to last season's cast. I just hope the lip syncs get better. So far it's been KindaDire.
