queens on pj who know about these things say true. was supposed to be announced already this week but didn't happen

True or not, she better still have a northern date in there when it's confirmed. Manchester will do nicely.

some live investigative reporting on the matter

Crap, I'm seeing Florence the same week as the Dublin gig, I don't know if I could do both if true...

it's on a Friday so I could be tempted by GLASGOW!

Where did we see her in London back in the day as moopmeets?

I think it was Koko (if it was called that then) and was it Dingwalls in Camden?

Koko used to be The Camden Palais.. Dingwalls is a smaller venue on the canal going towards Chalk Farm and the Roundhouse...

Oh sorry, that was two separate thoughts and places. We saw her at both - I think.

WHY? arena shows are the best of all worlds. you can have a proper spectacle on stage, and usually arrive an hour before showtime and get a great spot.

The last time I saw Robyn was the last time I think I went on a mad bender.... was an amazing night :disco:

Dont know if I fancy the co op live arena though

After seeing her only in small clubs I struggle to imagine her in an arena setting.

And too fucking peopley.

Pre-sale available with a physical purchase, though annoyingly the Deluxe Vinyl has already sold out.

Not that I think a pre-sale will be necessary here. I'll be very pleasantly surprised if she fills these venues.

Still, increases my run of seeing her in a larger venue every time I've seen her live. (All in Manchester too I believe! This is the fourth)

I’ve only seen her once, at Alexandra Palace on the last tour, and it was one of the best shows I’ve ever been to. Yes, it was a big crowd, but the audience reaction to Dancing On My Own is something I’ll never forget.

presale begins in 40 minutes!! if you haven't gone a link/code and want one, speak up

if you're on the fence I'd go! she might disappear for another 10 years after this.

Sales of the UK dates looking fairly dreadful so far. :bruised:

I did think arena venues was a mistake. She's just not that kind of act.

I don't remember. But I agree she just isn't an arena sort of act, or at least hasn't been previously.

Perhaps I'm too influenced by seeing her in very small venues like a boat holding a few hundred people though. But it seems to me the Academy circuit/large clubs is more her fit.

I'd understand the move to arenas if she'd exploded commercially, but where's the evidence of that?
