I did enjoy him implying that my late mum was an idiot because the amazing BRITISH GAS could never do anything wrong.

Followed up by him saying that he worked for them (but also hadn't ever worked? I couldn't keep up) & enjoyed cutting off the gas supply to families that hadn't paid the bills

At the end of the day he was either a deliberate troll or a very sad and lonely man. Either way, keeping him around just to wind people up and be abused in return was clearly not something that was likely to end well or add value for anyone.

I second Tisch’s proposal to replace the image with the same image as the smilie.
