Atlanta has been soooo good this season. I think they've finally struck gold with this cast, but maybe dump Shamea for Nene.
 
I used to think this was the most wicked housewives Mother.

However MAMA JOYCE is truly UNHINGED! I was AGOG at her taking off her shoe to beat Kandi’s friend in the wedding dress shop!!! I can’t quite believe Kandi lets her be filmed, or is she just knowingly letting her Mum act a fool for the content? Either way she’s the DEVIL!

Okay I’m up to season 8, and seated for Moore Manor vs Chateaux Sheree.

How long should I keep going with Atlanta? I know it drops off in the later seasons but thought I’d stick it out until 12/Nene’s last season.
 
Thrilled by She by Sheree’s grand return but already bored by the dreadful KIM FIELDS.
 
Yes stick it out until Season 12 if you can, but definitely watch Season 9, for the shocking LESBIANGATE drama and reunion fall out.

After that are the dreaded Drew Sidora years which is just wilderness.
 
Shereé's argument with the party planner in season 2 is ICONIQUE and possibly my favourite moment ever from any RH series.
 
Increasingly fascinated by the casting of Kim Fields, let’s cast someone religious with no social skills, friends or personality!

I get that was the arc they were going for but it seems a very left field choice for such a boisterous genre defining show just on the edge of its imperial era. Why was Claudia not re-cast for a second season?
 
Thought I’d miss Nene but I don’t at all and I’m enjoying Kenya twirling into her role as STAR of the show.
 
Kandi fascinates me insomuch as she has a personality that is completely at odds to her fame and wealth. And I don’t mean she seems humble, it’s actively annoying how goofy and unaffected she is by the vast amount of money she has.

If it wasn’t for the DISGUSTINGLY large estate you’d have no idea!

I am loving the slow reveal of the fact Kandi’s daughter has inherited none of her Mother’s down to earth likability, but has instead chosen the path of pure evil she learned from MAMA JOYCE.

That poor woman, she really has suffered more than JESUS!
