I have the day off - yay! Work was TENSE yesterday because someone didn't get a role they assumed they were a shoe in for (even though it was pretty obvious to anyone else that they were not). Reality came to call and they were NOT HAPPY.
 
Off to London today and the sky has turned BLEAK.

I'm not especially sad, we'll just get taxis everywhere, because we're having a monied phase
 
It's RAINING here, which is welcome. Though typically, it's a weekend I could do without it.
 
I was woken up in the middle of the night by two male voices torrential rain. All cleared up now and it’s muggy as fuck.

I've had to put on my desk light its that dark. Not quite as excited about dancing outdoors this weekend now.
 
I have no desire to leave the house but TICK TOCK, Jinkx Monsoon waits for no man.

My meteoropathy(!) is playing up what with the decline in air pressure and I'm equally SHATTERED.
 
I am so glad that it's raining today because my self-appointed task was to strim the front garden. I am not glad that it's a waiting game to see whether the roof repairs will hold, I've left the rain defences up just in case but I'm hoping not to have to bail out the kitchen today. I can hear the gutter overflowing where it's broken and hitting the outside windowledge.
 
I've been visiting catteries on the island to try and find one that lives up to mine and Edgar's standards :disco:

I'm also in talks with my old clinical director at the vets regarding a job I may take.
