Nothing wrong with Boursin, it's great.
But nothing beats Brie de Meaux, stichelton, comté and mature gouda for me.

Same consistency as a fresh goat cheese. Not as consistent as something like a Picodon.

I do love a decent blue cheese, a nice strong Stilton or similar but it doesn't have give me wind afterwards. Like, don't sit too near the fire levels of flatulence. As such, it;s a rare indulgence.
