Miley Cyrus - BASS PERSUADES (Sept. 18th) (3 Viewers)

The video is excellent. I like the song, though on initial listening the hook doesn't quite pay off the verses and pre-chorus.
 
The far superior End Of The World debuted ten places lower, albeit with slightly better streaming numbers. Surely a potential hit song is saved for dropping on album release date. But then it's Miley, so who knows.
 
People keep saying this is very Madonna / Gaga but I think it's more Heidi Montag. And I mean that in a complimentary way.
