Wednesday predicts more flight chaos

God it's hard to find any motivation to do ANYTHING workwise when you're ON THE WAY OUT.
 
Moopy is Tenerife nice? We're looking for a cheap, warm holiday for march next year. We stopped in the north on our cruise home and liked it, but thought we'd go south for the actual holiday.

Innit? We had to muck about with 'projects' for 6 months and it was a total waste of everyone's energy. Eventually, we were given some work each day and told we could leave when we'd finished it. I would wobble in at about 7.45 and leave at 9.30 because it was an absolute piece of piss. But gardening leave was not on the agenda, not for scum like us....

All depends on your definition of 'nice' and where you stay - there are lots of resorty, package holiday places, but still some quieter spots and places to go explore. Weather-wise, it'll be spot on.

We're not really in to sitting by a pool all day. We want to out, explore, get boat trips, feel safe. We are thinking Costa Adeje?

It was a tough gig, staying up so long without help aside from sugar and caffeine. I was so shattered I ended up nodding off on a rickety old Lauda(!?) plane, with a knee up my arse from the guy behind.

Mallorca Airport looked like a Magaluf refugee centre.

I always used to love getting a flight our of Ibiza peak season fresh faced while people were having an existential crisis on the floor.

HELLO LOVES!

I'm nearly recovered from my appendix, in fact, I've hardly had any pain at all and if I was allowed, I'd already be back in the gym. Amazed at how well it's gone actually. Still SORE, but not hurty hurty. Off to Budapest tomorrow for work/athletics, back a day on Monday and then travelling around the UK for the Saint Etienne farewell tour, which I've finally booked and am quite looking forward to.

I've spent today's WORKING HOURS DOING MY SUMS and I can RETIRE :disco: :disco: :disco:

But should I just tell them to STICK IT AND WALK OUT or should I DEGRADE MYSELF by HANGING AROUND LIKE A BAD SMELL until I get offered a REDUNDANCY PACKAGE?
 
That's the other thing- even if you DO do fuck all, they can't SACK you now, as you could take them for FUCKLOADS more if you took them to a tribunal about it. Once redundancy is announced, just coast and cash the cheque at the end.
