A surefire way to ensure my business does not pass your way again is to do a two month pre-order and not even dispatch the release by the time the release date pops around. If you ain't gonna have it my hands Friday or Saturday, get stuffed.

Variable. Not on this occasion, just a £15-£16 improvement on HMV's price.
