What are you COOKING - 2026 remix

Squid prawn and scallop linguine, fennel cabbage and mint salad and some gnocchi in arrabbiata. Oh and some home made garlic ciabatta. No pictures because hungry.

One of the nicest chicken marinades I've ever made - a lemon, mustard, garlic affair. Absolutely delicious. Glad I didn't bake them with the lemon slice on the top, as they were perfect as they were.

I’ve recently come into a lot of spare ectoplasm - can this be used a chicken stock alternative? We’re trying to cut down on our meat consumption now that there’s three of us
 
I've always loved Thai chicken curry with coconut milk and finally properly made it myself yesterday and it came out pretty good. :o If I could just find the right balance between fish sauce, coconut sugar, lime juice and whatever it is that would be make the taste PERFECT.

It might not look like much but this has been my favorite quick lunch in the office .. two eggs and a handful of chopped fresh spinach mixed in a glass bowl, 5 mins in the microwave, salt and pepper and olive oil… so good !
