Less than three weeks away - I can't see a topic for it. Things are looking very positive for the Democrats. Very likely to take the House and they just need four states to swing the Senate.

Maine, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, Iowa, Kansas, Alaska and South Carolina are all worth watching currently for The Senate. I think any four of those is achievable.

Of course there's various batshit stories from the GOP including a week of focussed TV adverts in the wrong state. As well as the possibility that Trump will do everything in his power to twist it in his favour. Something tells me he doesn't give a shit.

A day off work for voting needs to become the federal norm. It's obviously not gonna happen under this administration but if you're gonna call yourself a democracy individual communities shouldn't have to fight for time to participate in the system they're funding themselves. In Chicago, my union was finally able to get it legislated, and it's only for the members - the rest of the city is on its own.

Hallie Shoffner Is doing her best to unseat Tom Cotton here in Arkansas. I don’t know if she can pull it off but she’s got decent momentum and I see her signs everywhere.

What's the % of early voting for midterms? It's seems to the left's biggest message - vote early. I don't put anything past Trump at this point and I'm still expecting intimidation from "peace keepers" on election day.

The GOP now will simply not accept defeat for anything and live in a world where any democratic victory is a fraud. They're clearly going to face some heavy losses, so it'll be interesting to see how it plays out. The democrats have been woefully quiet the last couple of years as the country crumbles, so you have to pin your hope on the fact that they are preparing for DAY ONE of regaining the house (and maybe the senate) and are going full tilt on the Epstein files, domestic security (ICE), and all of Trump's other unconstitutional rulings... safe to say they're going to be BUSY.
