Haven't been on my bike in ages but have been going to the gym frequently now for quite a while. Just had a quick ride to a mates and back to grab something and I'm insanely fitter than I used to be. Who knew that consistent exercise produced results 😳

I'm finally at the "sound worse than I feel" stage with this cold and they choose TODAY to hold 2 bastard meetings.

UGH.

Just sent my friend in Oz the upskirt pic of Poor Dead Darius. I’m sure he’d be pleased it was still being circulated

Happy birthday @GNL 🎂

I had a dream last night that I had to stand in last minute as the UK Eurovision entry and Moopy absolutely hated my performance :D I didn’t have time to learn all the words!!

Decided yesterday I'm going to paint the front door today. Can't decide whether to keep the same royal blue we've had since the late nineties (quite possibly the same tin), or be daring and go for racing green instead.

Or if I'm just procrastinating and should just sit on the sofa watching crap tv and eating biscuits instead.

Wait until you start greying and balding simultaneously. Then we can talk.

I started getting a few silver strands and then it just went all over very quickly

Arrived at work this morning and there was a hedgehog in the corner near the front door, quite worrying as we're on a very busy main road and hedgehogs are supposed to be nocturnal so we gave it some water in a bowl and it was really thirsty. I then sent the apprentice to the corner shop for some cat food. After it drank the water it set off around the side of the building, surprisingly speedily, and went into the very back corner of the courtyard at the back where there's a solitary bush surrounded by rubbish blown off the street. It was snuffling round in an old binbag so I went to move the bag and there was a teeny baby hedgehog inside it. I put some cat food down nearby and tasked the apprentice with standing guard in case Kittykat and Patches (the feral cats) smelt the food while I rang a hedgehog rescue place for advice. We ended up with them in a box in the kitchen and a lovely lady from the rescue came to collect them, she said the baby was about a week old but both seemed healthy. She also said it was likely that there were more babies originally but the cats had had them or she might have eaten them. Eeew.
