Oh that's a combination of how much I like them with how well I think they have done. And it's to date, rather than just that episode.

Valentina appeared in RENT: Live last night, but unfortunately the male lead broke his ankle so they showed a rehearsal instead :zombie:

 
Oh come on, she's proper ropey in the clip I posted. The other one is fine.

Either way, sucks for her not to get another take.

She’s not good but also it’s a rehearsal so I feel it’s unfair to judge. You can’t hear her for the first half.

Cos of her performance on the challenge. They've constantly ignored the runway, so I was too in my assessment. I thought the Black Hole was by far the most inventive and interesting idea, and Monique outshone Monet on it.

I'm just catching up on this. What a HORRIBLE episode. What the fuck has actually happened to Latrice? It's not just being entitled, it's like she's someone else entirely - or trying to be. I kind of thought, maybe she feels out of her depth and is trying to "fit in" with the significantly younger crop of queens (she was even "old" in her own season, no?) which might be understandable and make me hate her less. Or maybe it's an identity crisis of sorts in terms of not remembering why she was liked and therefore acting a certain way to try to impress but failing miserably.

The more cynical part of me thought it was all a set up, Latrice is being deliberately shit so she can be eliminated, come back and destroy all in her path. But no, it's exactly the same.

Latrice did nothing in that episode. Yes her runway was fabulous (although if Trinity made it it's not not a shock) but what did she actually DO in the episode? Her lip sync was appalling - despite being misjudged I 100% would have given that to Trinity over some half arsed affair.

She won the fucking episode on FUCK ALL and has zero place in the competition for me..
 
Poor, lovely Valentina. So charming and yes she didn't always seem to get it but there's a lot to be said for being likable which Latrice ought to remember. I'd have her in the competition over everyone except Manila.

Valentina reminds me of Alyssa in terms of being so endearing in spite of the flaws, flaws which are somehow LOVELY anyway..
 
And yes, Club 96 was probably the funniest in what was a stupid, all-over-the-place task...although Monique/Monet had a more polished idea and genuine connection together.

The winning club theme was the worst for me :D
 
i love valentina on this week's review with a jew, apparently, their idea was for the club to become a smutty sex dungeon after midnight.



say what you want about her but she brings it to the runway, to the lipsyncs, to the talking heads, to life outside of drag race and to being a pretty level-headed and driven person.
