Bop or flop, Johann Pachelbel - Canon in D

Written in the late 17th century this song has always been a bit of a mystery since it’s very different from rest of his back cat. No one knows why it was written but there’s a theory it was for Johan Christoph Bach’s wedding (Johan Sebastian’s brother) while some suggest it was just a buzz single for a futuristic sounding album (think; Christina Aguilera - Bionic). These days it’s popular at weddings and many pop songs have sampled it, most famously Vitamin C. Personally I love it!

It's a bop. Not as much as the Jurassic Park theme, but still a bop.
