I must say that I thought every character really came together, with no deadweight at all. Justice Smith has always been particularly shit in everything I’d seen him in before, but he was excellent - maybe he should be doing his (rather good) English accent in everything from now on.

The script was tight and full of genuine humour, which is all I can ask from a film like this.

Also it goes without saying, but when action films have someone like Ana De Armas beating up a bunch of burly men it’s just not believable. It’s highly believable when it’s Michelle Rodriguez!

This was jolly good fun, very humorous and Chris Pine wasn't overly annoying. I was surprised how little Rege was in it, too. The corpse revival segment was hilarious.

Probably a tad overlong, but not by much. I hope they can wrangle a franchise from it.

Rege-Jean Page's part was really weirdly small wasn't it considering how much he is in the marketing.

I didn't realise that that kid wasn't English. I enjoyed him but thought he was a little hammy - but if he is American usually, his accent was very good.

IMDB helpfully explaining in the trivia for Justice Smith that 'despite the surname, there is no relation to Will Smith or his family'.... like Smith isn't just about the most common name in America

I have, Roll20, and it was great. I played online with some friends I made playing FF14 for a couple of years, and it worked well.

I was DRAGGED to see this by a BOY I LIKE and it was alright I guess. There were some good action sequences even though the abuse of CGI was INCREDIBLY DISTRACTING and I chuckled at a couple of jokes. I feel mean RIPPING into it because I think the whole thing is quite TONGUE-IN-CHEEK anyway.

According to my date, the impossibly beautiful paladin is meant to represent a GUEST-NPC that appears halfway through the game to assist you with a quest and then disappears because he's way too overpowered for the rest of the quest.

Watched this tonight and it was indeed VERY GOOD FUN, it zipped along and as mentioned above there wasn't really much dead weight among the cast. Chris Pine and his charisma did carry it quite a bit, I felt - I think he's my favourite of all the Hollywood Chrises.

The guy who plays the wizard popped up in The Quarry, a terrible horror videogame where he is the best thing, playing some gay teen. Turns out he's gay in real life too. He's too cute!

I was trying to work out where I knew him from, and it was the Detective Pikachu film

I saw this a few weeks back, and broadly enjoyed it (even if that is fundamentally NOT how druids work )

However, the entire plot was so obvious that I had it mapped out within the first 10-15 minutes and I don't think anything was a surprise. Which, to be fair, is true of most D&D campaigns as well.
