Is a Fuse very different to a Picnic?

A fuse was more of a solid chocolate bar with bits in. With a picnic I’ve always thought the chocolate is more of a framing device than the main story.

Emptied the dishwasher in the utility room because the dog was eating his tea. Stacked four plates and a dish on top of the chopping board, climbed over the dog, sneezed and dropped the whole lot. Smashed crockery everywhere. I was thankful it was a plastic chopping board because I reckon I'd have lost at least one toe if it'd been the marble one.
