Last night in bed I realised that I had two Ferrero Rochers left from Mother's Day and decided to scoff them. I unwrapped one of them and must have fallen asleep immediately because I awoke at 3.18 this morning feeling like The Princess and the Pea with a hazelnut sticking in my back. I wasn't exactly MUGGED, although I guess technically I WAS. IT was just grabbed out of my hand by a kid on a bike, and before I knew what had happened he was gone.

It's just super annoying, as I'm going to be in in a flat with NO INTERNET for the first few days/weeks, I'm hoping I can get a pay as go sim from SOMEWHERE, all the dodgy phone shops still seem to be open.

Sorry this happened to you. It seems to be happening this way (person on bike grabbing on the fly) so much in Hackney that I don’t even take it out of my pocket now, which means committing to a playlist. I even saw it happened two weeks ago, but the guy who got it snatched ran into traffic and jumped on the mugger and the mugger dropped it in panic and rode off.
