I am grumpy as I’ve got fuckloads of work to do, turned up a hospital appointment at 9:20, which I’ve got a letter to prove the time on, and was told it had been changed to 10:20 and no one had told me.

AND STILL I AM WAITING.
 
I'm currently sat at the doctors waiting to see the nurse for my South Africa injections. I'm hoping I don't need many.
 
Had my flu and Covid jabs last night. Stomach was going bjdrgbdrbgldrg during the night and my left arm goes ouch every time I move it. All within normal limits, then.
 
Off on my merry way soon for getting fucked up but make it sophisticated, in Cambridge.
 
Well that's TWO HOURS of my LIFE I won't get back.

STILL, no CANCER currently, which is good. Although apparently I'm now being sent for auto-immune disease blood tests due to my NUMB TOES, so that's fun.

That’s good news. As for numb toes, maybe stop jumping into the English Channel in January at 5 in the morning you raving lunatic.
 
I'm pretty sure my arm shouldn't hurt as much as it does after my injection. It's throbbing!

I had both mine a couple of weeks ago, in the same arm. It only hurt for a day. Fingers crossed for you.
 
Waiting at Ipswich and my charger just broke. Nothing good comes from Ipswich. I believe Sheeran is from around THESE PARTS.
 
I’ve never been to Ipswich but I have been to the surrounding countryside and it is absolutely LOVELY

Is it all very flat, though?

Countryside isn't countryside for me if there aren't ROLLING HILLS or CRAGS
 
Hmm I seem to recall the area we were in was very flat yes.

I was shocked by the REMOTENESS of it all though. I live backing on to countryside but this was next level… the cottage we stayed at was off a road onto a smaller road, onto a farm road, onto a dirt track, onto a small patch of stones, I didn’t think the taxi would make it out in one piece. I almost forgot what civilisation was while we were there

Naturally I LOVED it

Well, it might be something to do with outdoor swimming, but it's never affected me before and it's not the obvious answer. It's also not diabetes, which I'm pleased about, being a LARGER LADY.
 
MANY OF THE FIELDS ARE FLOODED HERE IN SUFFOLK. It's mildly more interesting than normal. It is all very flat, I don't really care for it. There's plenty of remote countryside elsewhere.

I find Ipswich pretty dismal. The worst of the three (Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich).
 
The only time I’ve flown them was when I went to CHISINAU (no other airline would fly there)
 
My takeaways this week were that I was not expecting to learn Buffy Saint-Marie has lied about being indigenous for 60+ years nor that Robin S is not the vocalist on Show Me Love. Shook.
