Wowzers still go The Notting Hill Carnival ends at 7pm when the music cuts out due to a strict noise curfew (it occurs in a residential area). Once the music cuts off at 7pm you can either head home or find a good after party to keep going at. 7pm strict noise cufew hmm London never
