King of the Hill (2025 Reboot)

Anyone else quite excited that this is coming back? Bit of a shadow over it given about a third of the OG voice cast is now DEAD, but it was always such a funny and well-written show.

Just me then? I just finished the new season, it definitely got better as it went along. The first couple of episodes hit you over the head a bit with the 'Hank responds to 2025' of it all. Dale and Khan's new voices took a bit of getting used to as well.

Disappointed we didn't get a bit more of the icon that is MINH.

I’ve started this from the beginning so will probably get to the new episodes in 2 years. It’s an interesting cultural artefact though in so much as how normal an average Texan man was back then compared to now.

I watched this as a… teenager???… as part of Channel 4’s quite glorious Friday late night stint of comedy but I don’t think I ever got what I was actually watching.
