"National Anthem" is next to go and we are onto the FINALE. The video for "National Anthem" is stunning, even if it isn't our winner.

"Ride" will never not fuck me up.

I'm tired of feeling like I'm fucking crazy
I'm tired of driving til I see stars in my eyes
It's all I've got to keep myself sane baby
So I just ride, I JUST RIDE

I hear the birds on the summer breeze, I drive fast
I'm alone at midnight
Been trying hard not to get into trouble
But I've got war in my mind

Both wonderful songs.

I'll always adore that opening line of Born To Die, "Feet don't fail me now, take me to the finish line..."

But I voted Ride as it's real FEEL YOUR SOUL stuff.

My mother told me I had a chameleon soul.
No moral compass pointing due north.
No fixed personality.
Just an inner indecisiveness that was as wide and as wavering as the ocean.

Literally the greatest 10 minutes piece of art of the previous decade.

I knew a guy at uni who decided to play the opening monologue at pre-drinks... twice in a row :disco:

I feel like I need to listen to them all in order from 1-35 now. There's so many I'm not sure I can remember.
