At the office today. It’s 10:40 and the past couple of hours have been spent (by others) mostly discussing a colleague’s frangipane cake which she made for the office and that got SLIGHTLY damaged when she had to brake a bit too hard on her way here.

One of my worst work-related memories was sitting in an open plan office while three competing boomboxes played different Christmas compilations. For a hideous 2 minutes, they were all playing "Stop The Cavalry" but at different points in the song. That was when I realised what Hell was going to be like for me if I didn't repent and change my ways. Never mind three ghosts, three Stop The Cavalrys did it for me.

That's the only minus. It is deathly dull and books aren't allowed, as you basically have to be ready to help the candidates.
