I had my first eat out to help out lunch! It is quite the deal. Massive Indian lunch for 2 was £30.

Frau Zen and I are going to #EatOutToHelpOut tomorrow.

We'll then be going for an Indian afterwards.....
I'm looking forward to this far too much - even if it's just to experience the presumably quite WEIRD experience of going to a restaurant at the moment.

I've eaten out loads recently, 3 times over the weekend :D

I had deep friend gherkins yesterday, they were fucking amazing, but then I was a bit stoned.

We're going to get our first discount at a MICHELIN STAR place in KENSINGTON on Wednesday darling!

I don’t know if this is my non-London-resident privilege showing, but that sounds quite expensive for dinner even after the discount.

It was for starters, mains, sides and non alcoholic drinks in a decent restaurant

So that means a tenner off, then?

One of our favourite restaurants in Bath is taking part, but as you're looking at at least £35 a head, it doesn't really seem worth it. I'm going to use it more at places where the price effectively makes it one person eats free.

I didn’t realise it applies if you're eating out on your own as well. I've just had half price coffee and cake.

Thanks Boris, I'll make sure I don't get obese though.

Yes. But it seems like so long ago that we last went for a posh dinner, and we're going to the Design Museum first to see the electronic music exhibition :disco:

I want to double the Bath Italian with the Grayson Perry exhibition at the Holburne museum there. That was SUPPOSED to be my birthday day out in April anyway.

Unfortunately (:eyes:) the Abba exhibition at the O2 closed during lockdown so we can't do his.

No I didn’t swim at portobello, although plenty of people do. I went to Longniddry.

fucking freezing!

That’s the spirit! It’s alright once you get in though. And if you keep going, then you don’t even notice it.

Now when I go in in March, THEN it’s freezing...:D

Oh :D

is this why our Shee is always out swimming? :side-eye:

EXCUSE ME!

Though in fairness I just have been buggered QUITE SUCCESSFULLY in the toilets round the back of Lidl, so I’m not entirely sure why I’m clutching my PEARLS.

FFS! I must learn to read entire threads before doing jokes people have already done...

We were supposed to be camping from Thursday but have just rang the site and moved it to tomorrow because the weather is amazing. Its good to be free
