I think What a Feeling is her most thrillingly TITS OUT banger. the song that cemented me as a stan.
I would also put forward Dr. and Hide & Seek. The PLAY album was absolutely terrific. she lost the quality control a bit after this HIGH CONCEPT SINGLE/TRINGLE (60s 70s 80s with What a Feeling), but nobody was doing it better than Namie for some time.
I was thinking the other day about her actually - achieved everything possible in her career, hung up her boots at 39, not glimpsed in public since, all her music off streaming platforms (even youtube) - bitch went DARK! I was going to sell my PLAY CD but I think it's better to keep it now.

I guess you're referring to this song in particular but OVERALL Hikaru Utada is J-pop's greatest gift. Namie was a close second though.
I have actually been feeling quite nostalgic for the 00s era of J-pop lately.
