I am feeling DOG ROUGH. The chinese has been open for over an hour and I haven’t made an effort to move yet as I’m not quite sure I can drive.

What have we all been up to today?

I went for a 5k run this afternoon and lost half my bodyweight in SWEAT.

I’m some how pulling through after drinking for 16 hours straight yesterday.

As we are all in the same situation can you give me some INSPIRATION on what to have for tea or munchies. Nothing usually cuts it better than a takeaway.

Last night was definitely my last blast for a while. My operation is tomorrow morning. Prosecco and cocaine was perhaps not what the doctor ordered.
