I watched The Windsors coronation special right before watching the real coronation, that's my favourite Camilla.

The third row back in the real Abbey featuring Randy Andy, Eugenie and Whatsit and their husbands and Harry kept making me laugh because it was like the naughty step of the coronation.

I've still not got an air fryer. But having chick peas with smoked paprika and garlic done in them at my friend's on Friday is the thing that's come closest to making me think I'd like one.

I wanted one for ages because spawn said hers was ace but I wasn't convinced I'd use it enough to justify the cost. It's so easy. Unfortunately I now resent having to cook food in the normal way, I was quietly seething yesterday for the five minutes I had to spend stirring scrambled eggs (I refuse to make them in the microwave). On Wednesday night I just threw a load of chicken nuggets, onion rings, breaded garlic mushrooms and three hash browns in it, Thursday it was a packet of cumberland sausages and we had sausage butties, Friday was fish finger butties. The only reason I used the proper oven last night is that Mr F's pizza was too big for the air fryer, my popcorn chicken turned out lovely though. It's turned me into a vegetable-dodger!

I was supposed to be making chicken, peppers and noodles in garlic and sweet chilli sauce tonight but couldn't be bothered with standing there for half an hour prepping meat and veg and then another half hour standing over the wok cooking it all. Now I'm thinking I might try out that roast setting with the peppers tomorrow ...
