The inside of my car's back window was frozen this morning when I went to work. I thought it was just condensation so wiped it with the cloth but it was ice. Thankfully the sun had defrosted the front and side windows so the heated wires sorted the back by the time I'd reversed off the drive.

Can someone give me some tips on how to get back into the gym routine, the usual methods are not working at the moment.

I’m now on about my 7th day of finding an excuse to not go. Yesterday it was “I just sneezed and might be getting a cold”

I left the house at quarter past six this morning and my windscreen was frozen too. But I got a new car in the summer and didn’t have a scraper so had to use my BARE HANDS as I was running late

Tesco Clubcards* are a good substitute for scrapers, as are expired credit cards.
