Talking of emotional, I watched the Romanian orphanage episode last night and it was both devastating and uplifting! The conditions they were in were so appalling, it was hard to watch. The change that was made in 5 days was amazing. The best moment was the boy crying with the burning bed fire behind him - what a shot.

It did bring home at the end that, although they gave some reprieve to the kids there, there are many others around the world in the same position.

Was there ever any update? Anneka mentioned she was going to go back a year later
