Sunday steps into Christmas

Oh bugger, wasn't that Mog Christmas thing on earlier?

Oh it might have been, I wanted to watch that too :D I'll have to catch up!

Our shop was very quiet today compared to yesterday. I got the impression everyone out today was either going to the pub, or going to M&S and Sainsbury's for yellow sticker produce!

Anyway, I'm going for Professor Plum, with the candle stick in the bathroom*

* apologies if this is a really serious thing btw :shy:

It was a reasonably distant relative I've never met, so it's just gossip to me

I bet in our culture, your distant is like a first grade relative. That prayer thing I went to last week for someone who had passed, I was talking to the lady infront of me in the queue and she said she was "the deceased sister*, her husbands cousin is married into her sisters daughters family". So she had to come and pay her respects as it was so close.

*she didn't know the name of this sister.

I decided to make my inlaws listen to every Christmas number one in order.

I wouldn't recommend it. Although Winifred Atwell's 1954 instrumental may be my new favourite Christmas number one.
