Who/what are you grateful to have had in your life in 2025? Family, friends, therapy, finally unboxing and unpacking how much shame, internalised homophobia etc. I’ve been carrying with me.

What was missing / what were your lowlights from 2025? Slipping into depressive disorder in January - March, multiple panic attacks over spring/summer, basically being on antibiotics from September until Christmas due to various dentist appointments and ailments. What bought you joy in 2025?
Life, in general. Had a few moments where I realised just how lucky I am in so many ways, and I really tapped into my inner hippy. I have an amazing family, I'm surrounded by incredible friends, we still have both my and Ms Ron's parents in our lives, we have a beautiful home, our health is good, and we get to do so much that we want. I truly am blessed.

What was missing/ what were your lowlights from 2025?
Not lowlights as such, but I've had a lot of stress on my shoulders, I carry it well, but the pressure was on in a big way for all of 2025. Its for a good cause, and fingers crossed all that will pay off in 2026, but looking back this week, with that pressure off, I realise I'm basically working two full-time jobs. I need to let go of some things and be a bit easier on myself sometimes.

What are your personal goals or resolutions for 2026?
As above, be a bit less of a control freak and trust other people to take some of the workload, be a little bit kinder to myself and find motivation through pride, not self-loathing. I also want to spend a bit more time being creative again. I've started learning music production which I want to put time aside to focus on. I also fully appreciate that I have a partner who supports me and my seemingly ridiculous goals so much, I tell her I appreciate her loads, but I need to back that up with action more when I can.

Is there anything you’re particularly looking forward to in the new year?
The last 18 months of hard work, relentless drive and sometimes crazy looking determination to come to fruition. When it does, it will be life changing.

What are your personal goals or resolutions for 2026?
Work out better.
