As mentioned before in What Are You Watching, but I think deserves its own thread. A delightful easy watch and like nothing else on tv.

Essentially a celebrity is interviewed by a group of people who are all neurodivergent and/or learning disabled. Just like the residents of Moopy dot co dot uk :disco:

There was a pilot last year with Michael Sheen on the BBC, and for some reason (apparently MONEY) it's moved to ITV for a series this year. These are going on YouTube so you don't have to arse about with ITVX. All are great:







Jade's is probably the weakest of the four so far, but still a joy (and STREAM FANTASY OUT NOW).

More often than not the song at the end makes me cry. I hope it runs and runs.

National treasure Sir Stephen Fry, former Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, comedy legend Sir Lenny Henry, actor Anna Maxwell Martin and BRIT award-winning rapper and I’m A Celebrity star Aitch will each take to the hot seat for an interview like no other.

Sir Stephen Fry and Nicola Sturgeon will air as episodes 1 and 2, respectively, this April. Plus, the sixth and final celebrity rounding out this star-studded roster will be confirmed at a later date.

I wonder who dropped out at the last minute as their sixth celebrity :D
 
Will they be asking if Sturgeon and Judy Murray are a hot Scottish couple?
 
Quite a few of them are LGBTQIA+, so it's HIGHLY LIKELY

Honestly I really was struck watching the Fry one how similar visiting The Assembly is logging on to Moopy
 
The Lenny Henry and Anna Maxwell Martin ones (I loved her SHOPLIFTING PAST) were decent.

The recent standout for me is the Aitch one. I've no interest in the guy but it's great telly. I love how some of them just think he's a twat, while there's some nice stuff about his little sister:



I've now also found the companion show with interesting intel and more content, which I'm working my way through. It's presented by the producers and I'm finding them pretty self-satisfied and unlikable, but it does feature Nicola Sturgeon saying that she might date a lady next (POTENTIALLY)

The Rylan ep wasn't an all-timer, but still great. Featured a fantastic lesbian who I don't think we've seen before

There are apparently two 'unseen moments' shows to round off this series.

The (awful) producers said there were two in the most recent companion show, which made me think the second might be a leftovers package on The Assembly YouTube channel?
