I enjoyed the documentary greatly. Gina was indeed a hoot and Belinda was gloriously above it all.

This looks like a very good compilation. It includes The Textones' Vacation and I think it is the Stiff We Got The Beat on there.

The mixing on the new single is SO muddy and low. I like the song, but I can’t get over how poor it sounds.

That was really good. Belinda sounded great and seemed to be enjoying herself. Hoda seems to be A LOT though, and I am not sure what that doll business was about.

I would really love them to commit to a full album, as I have slightly more faith of it actually coming to fruition than a Carlisle solo project, and I suspect the songs would be better too. Another God Bless... would be just fine.

As part of the promo for Stranger Things season 4, the Go-Go's just did a virtual show for some weird reason I can't explain, but this look was FABULOUS

When I was last in Sweden (October), I found pretty much mint vinyl copies of Vacation and Talk Show for £3 each. I went back for Eurovision and went to the same shop and all I had in my head was how I wanted to complete the set there. And lo and behold- Beauty and the Beat for about the same price. I then found another copy each of the other two in another shop for 10 kronor (less than a quid) and couldn't resist- though they've been thrown on Discogs now.

ANYWAY, long story to say that it's just provoked a total Go-Go's frenzy at the moment. They've been pretty much on full rotation ever since. Beauty and The Beat really is a fantastic album- total lost classic in this country.

I wish they'd stop rinsing the Belinda back catalogue and give us deluxe Go-Go's vinyl boxsets. There's much more material.
