Thursday morning live

Absolutely jiggered. Hurt my back yesterday and now I'm walking like a cowboy who has been thrown from a horse and also shit themselves.
 
I was supposed to head up the Uni campus to do some work on my PhD application. But everything feels sore and swollen this morning.
 
could anyone help me with a COFFEE CONUNDRUM?

I bought a box of what I thought were Nescafe caramel macchiato sachets that are actually gigantic PODS. the pods are so huge and apparently require something called a Dolce Gusto machine. even my machine which has an XL pod option won't take them. is there any other way to use them?

We used to have a Dolce Gusto machine.

I imagine that you could use them if you had a filter machine, opening the pods into the filter and letting the hot water percolate through them, but it would be a bit fiddly.
