Tuesday asks you to move away

Commercial leases are a bit different so you might be liable, depends on what you agreed, but a lot of the time its signed over so that the tenant is fully responsible for repair and insure :(
Yeah we have discovered commercial is completely different :(

But then the premiums will go up right?
I would expect Rachey's insurance to claim back from the owners of the flat so it shouldn't affect the premiums if they are successful. The alternatives would be Rachey paying for the repair herself and trying to claim from the owners, or asking the owners to arrange the repair, none of which helps if they can't be found or won't respond.

I've just spoken to Mandy and damage doesn't seem too bad. New bulbs for some of the lights and some new ceiling tiles. So it probably isn't even worth claiming and the owner of the flat and her cleaner get away with it :(

Happy birthday lovely @floppet, hope you have a nice day even if you don't get to see SoS. Surely there must be something wrong with the crown if it's fallen off twice?? :o
Turns out the reason she didn't bring her is because she wanted a few hours off. I wanted to shout in her face (if I stood on a chair) "That's a really selfish attitude, it's my birthday!" but that would also have been selfish so I kept my gob shut. I also didn't say "wait till teething if you think this part's exhausting".

The crown first snapped off a couple of weeks ago (red Wine Gum's fault) and took too much tooth with it so she glued it back on with the strongest glue she had and said it wouldn't stay in. She needs to do a root canal and make a new crown but she told me this one would fall off again soon and when it did, just make a crown appointment instead of an emergency one. She said don't chew on it and I'd managed not to but the piece of melon I was eating was so juicy and delicious and I forgot until I felt the crown drop into my mouth and my stomach lurched.

Finally Mr F has got me a birthday present which is exactly what I asked for. It's a pyrography kit and I'm really looking forward to having a go with it. I sent the link to spawn, she ordered it and had it delivered to her house and got the money from Mr F today.

Have you got the root canal booked in @floppet ?
Not yet, she'll do it on the same day as the crown fitting. I have the first appointment where she does the measuring etc. for the new crown and puts a temporary one in then the fitting is usually 2-3 weeks later. Because she had to cut my gum to get this one in the right place under it you can actually see a bit of my jawbone now it's gone. It just looks like a weird bit of tooth higher up the side but it freaks me out when I'm brushing my teeth and I have to be really careful not to make it bleed.

That sounds very unpleasant :o
