Lovely and bright here today. Got out to a garden centre and then stocked up the freezer at a countryside butchers, with some rather luxurious treats.

We had a conversation before Christmas about light boxes. I've had one under my TV since late December and it's changed my life. One of the grayest February's I can recall and I've remained in good spirits, joyous at times and my energy levels have been way up. I've been saying yes to and attending so much more work than ever before.

So thanks for pushing/ encouraging/ suggesting that. I feel rescued!
