I was first down this morning which is unusual and I accidentally set off the burglar alarm which I'm sure the rest of my sleeping family is thrilled about

They are also coming into my work today for a friends and family lunch so I hope they're on BEST BEHAVIOUR
 
Absolutely freezing here. I'm also havng trouble with someone in our block who keeps putting large cardboard boxes in the recycleing without breaking them down. AGAIN. Is this indicative of the general selfishness epidemic or the general stupidity epidemic or both?

I’m off WIG SHOPPING with my best friend who has got breast cancer and is having chemo and is going to have to have a BOOB lopped off, but we’re not letting that get us down as we’re told she’s probably not going to die, so CHIN THE FUCK UP :disco:
 
Having my half yearly customer day today to remain compliant and you know it’s not going to be a good day when your first query at 8am is from somebody actually called Karen asking to speak with a manager i.e me.
 
I turned up at a gig venue yesterday evening to discover it had been cancelled last week, but TicketWeb hadn't notified me (in fact, I received an email from them on Sunday to remind me that the event was coming up!)

Who would've thought that someone who came 13th in a Eurovision semi-final for Slovenia wouldn't have the demand to fill a 150 capacity venue in London.
