I have found easy jet quite difficult to get a refund from for my cancelled flights. Apparently you can’t do it online, but the call centre number hangs up on you. I really don’t mind waiting, I’d just like to the option to request a refund.

The Kratz scandal was AMAZING. I had a phone call from a journalist wanting to get an exclusive from me on Kratz. I must admit I wasn't sure if Sugababes fan was what they wanted.

BA are claiming they'll refund if you call in, or get a travel voucher online. I don't want a bloody travel voucher - what if that gets cancelled? I'll have no rights whatsoever.
With Latam the travel voucher could be exchanged for cash? Maybe BA do the same? If the flight is leaving from an EU airport and they cancel your flight they HAVE to refund you, but obviously they’re making the process as difficult and convoluted as possible.
