There actually IS a RHo London, well sort of. It's called Ladies Of London and is Housewives in all but name. Reddit basically consider it CANON.
It's pretty good tbh! Lots of women called Caroline or variations on Julie. CAPRICE was randomly a cast member in season 1

Caroline Stanbury is the QUEEN of the show, and is basically Gina Liano with a blonde bob and British accent It's on HayU! Annabel from the cast is very sadly dead now too!
